I’ve been losing a some weight, but it could be a lot more if I would focus on this more. So that’s what I plan to do. I just need to figuire out how. But to be optimistic, at least I’ve lost some so far

When I’m out with friends and all I don’t think about the fact that I’m trying to lose weight, and when I get home I am just like “why would I eat all that?” I need to find a way to keep it in mind throughout the day.
Today is officially the first day of summer break! This means I can devote more time and energy to losing weight. Yay.
At the beginning of last week I was kinda slacking on what I was eating, but towards the end I really started working hard on this. I think it will be easier when school is over in two weeks.
I’m getting serious about this goal now. I’ve been using other goals as an excuse to put this off, and it’s time it takes priority.
