Go on a retreat

I was accepted for the Vipassana 10-day Meditation Retreat again. YAY!!

Even though it was a challenge for me last time (probably one of the hardest things I’ve ever done), I’m really looking forward to it this year.

March cannot get here soon enough.

I’m leaving tomorrow for the retreat. Everything is packed, including a flashlight and an umbrella (you never know).

The final confirmation has been sent, the tickets have been purchased, and I am officially going. YAY!!

The Vipassana Meditation Center accepted my application for the 10- day retreat in March. My boss approved the vacation time.

Looks like it’s a done deal. I’m going.

Is it less-than-enlightened to be concerned about what I’m going to wear?

I’ve asked for some time off to attend a ten-day meditation retreat March 18th-29th, 2009. Hopefully the center will accept my application – I sent it in today.

I’m a little anxious at diving into a whole ten-days my first time out. Can I even observe noble silence for that long??
