i still write down the unknown words when reading, need to do it more often; for the grammer i read artickles on the subject that puzzles me at th emoment. slawly but surely, well i hope :)
Grive has written 6 entries about this goal
everytime i read i spend 15 mions to write down the words i don’t know – it works!!!! i mean it’s not boring, doesn’t tale much time and i do learn. it doesn’t help me to improve the grammar, but it is better then nothing… need to come back to tests and such on sites
squising 15 mins into my lunch break is obviously not working. and i really don’t like the textbooks i’ve got…
i will try to keep a notebook close to the books i read and note words to look up.
the brilliant 30-minutes-per-day plan didn’t work out for multitude of reasons.
i will just simply spent 15 minutes doing exercises tomorrow at lunch break
getting better, but very slowly… Ironically, I work as a softwear instructor, so I do seak a lot, and people seem to understnad me pretty well, but writing is still a chalange, as well as grammar and more i speak more i understnad how poor my vocabulary is.
SO to resolutions: I gonna buy and read Le Nouv. Obs; do french exercises at least 15 minutes per day during lunch break if i’m staying at the office and I will write 15 minutes per day.
where do i start… i understand a lot, almost everything, I can have a more or less intellegent conversation, i read BUT i don’t write, almost not at all, my accent is horrible and grammar…grammar and one more tome GRAMMAR. All this after two years living in France.
There is no possibility to take classes, not now anyway, and of course i don’t have enough selfdiscipline to stick to a study plan. Ahhh…..
