three dyas in a raw i did something like exercise. not much, but i started, finally!
I found a great sport activity – i enjoy it a lot, it allows me to spent some time witha friend, and i get motivated by the wonderful ladies at the class
id some weight exercise yesterday – 20minutes, not enough and probably not the best activity, but weights is what i like, ah.. at least i did something!
no progress at all… I did very well during the summer hunting 1-2 times per week, and now with the cold weather and Sam going on the big hunts that are too difficult for me, I don’t move at all.
Will strat by 5 minutes jogg on the eleptical every morning when I wake up at 7.
