Up and running by 6:30 am.
No power naps this time. Having something you really want to do first thing in the morning is really a great way to get out of bed. Also, I’m applying time management principles I learned from Julie Morgenstern and lemme tell ya, it works!!!

Got up at 6:00 am. Very good. Had to take a power nap around 10:00 am
