75 minutes split on treadmill and spin bike.
felt good!
although not particularly intense, I just returned from a 40 minute walk (in 90 degree heat)
Got out of the heat.
Did:
15 minute warm-up on treadmill to break a sweat.
30 “good” minutes on spin bike.
20 minute hill routine on treadmill.
5 minute walking cool-down.
Total: 70 minutes.
Not bad for an old guy recovering from a cold. Now let’s see if I can move tomorrow.
Before being felled by illness. Cold/flu like symptoms put me down for the last 4 days.
BUT, today I am going for a walk at least, maybe more.
I was making nice progress. As Arnold would say, “I’ll be back.”
I split my time:
45 minutes running on treadmill @ club in AM
30 minute walk in PM
(I really need to stretch more)
