watch all movies on AFI's 100 Best movies list

Just watched “In the Heat of the Night” which means that I just have one title left to watch on this list: “Nashville” Unfortunately I cannot find this movie anywhere..

I found the movie honest and straight forward in depicting the lives of the teen age kids of a small town i Texas. Despite being made in 1971, it seemed like a picture I could have been watching at the movies this weekend. I guess it was way ahead of its time.

that’s the story of, that’s the glory of love..

The movie was OK, but in my opinion it does not belong on this list. Still worth watching.

Of course I already was familiar with the TV-series. Therefore there were not many surprises in it. The humor and absurd situations reminded me of Catch-22 and at times Monty Python.

Sad story…

Tonight, tonight…. It was about time that I watched this classic! I knew almost all of the songs, and I did not realize that they belonged to this movie.
