Should still be a main “attitude” focus. My BYY guidelines read
*I can handle very big goals if I dedicate myself to them.
*Take care of my health.
*Be more disciplined, don’t procrastinate.
I mean I still do not feel I have mastered this. On the other hand, I’m tired, and I sooo long for a vacation… Could be short, but near the sea (or the woods) and I shouldn’t have to write, cook, do the dishes…

This must be my mantra... 3 years ago

...for the rest of this year. I’m better at not procrastinating, but I think being disciplined is even more comprehensive. It includes not only tasks and projects, but also everyday routines and things that are good for me. It seems I manage to take care of only one of those areas. Either I have the laundry done, healthy homecooked meals on the table and the like or I make big progress on my degree/work or I do nice things for me (and feel guilty).
