Today I tried one of those water fitness (?) classes, for free (long story). Wow, I had forgotten how good it feels to be in the water! I know I loooove being in the water, but after such a long time away form a pool I had forgotten how amazing that is. I was probably having as much fun as the kids in the nearby pool (and the other moms in the big pool with me were probably thinking – quite wrongly – that they now know from where my son’s energy comes).
Sigh
The thing is: will it take too much time and thus be catastrophic for my dissertation (so I should wait until July) or will it actually give me more energy and make me more focused/happy (and be a benefit)???
Plus: to spend or not to spend?
