A quick entry.. 2 years ago

Had my surgery Wednesday and all went fairly well. I spent 2 nights in hospital and am home now.. little bit sore and lightheaded, but feeling pretty good. The cysts were huge but now they’re gone – so all should be good.

Hope everyone out there in 43 land is well and happy – I’ll post more when I’m feeling a bit better.

xx

I'm back! 2 years ago

Hi everyone! Jeff and I have finally moved into our own place. I am SO happy! We’re only renting, but we love it. :-) It also means that I can get online regularly again and keep in touch with all my wonderful 43 friends!

I hope you are all well and happy and I look forward to catching up with what you are all up to!

Things in my life are good – I’m still enjoying my new job. Will have been there 6 months at the end of this month. It’s gone so quickly!

I’m madly in love still and absolutely LOVE living with Jeff. It was a very hard 5 months living with Jeff’s brother as well – I’m glad we can finally establish our own routine and just enjoy being together.

My family are well and my own health is slowly improving. I have adrenal fatigue and my thyroid is still a bit sluggish – but it IS getting better. :-) My surgery is scheduled for October 17th.. I’ll be glad when that’s all over with!

Apart from that, everything is rainbows and roses!!

Hello all!! 2 years ago

I’ve been away so long I’m not sure if anyone remembers me! Haha!

Life has thrown me a few curve balls lately, but all is well. Got a nasty flu-bug thingy early in June, then had a car accident (still don’t have my car back) then my nan passed away and today I found out that I have to have surgery to remove a cyst from my ovary. And that was all in a month!

On the bright side, I’m over the flu (well, almost), my gorgeous brother came to the rescue with a ‘spare’ car I can use as long as I need and I wasn’t hurt in the accident (which I was simply in the wrong place, stationary, and got rammed into by a car which had hit another car first), my nan was 91 and had a great life.. and we enjoyed celebrating her life at her funeral, and even though I was a bit upset about having to have surgery, at least it’s not cancerous and the cyst will in no way impede my chances of falling pregnant later.

PLUS… I have a wonderful man who is an absolute gem and we finally have a moving date for moving away from his ever present brother and living alone together… so really – my life is amazing!

I’m busy, I’m a little stressed and I’m incredibly tired… but DAMN I’m happy!!!!!

:-D
