If I stay active and find ways to pick up a lot of hours with minimal activity (research) I may be able to get done at the fall of next year. If not, just a little bit of classes in the following spring and I’m done. Then the scary stuff starts.

H4T has written 2 entries about this goal
I started university about three years ago and got off to a pretty rocky start. Nonetheless, I trudged through and worked a night job and was able to get through a few semesters. Then all of the sudden I just couldn’t do it anymore: I had no reason to. I took a year off, tried to land a full time job in town and set my goals as an adult. What I realized was that my goals can be accomplished much faster (and therefore give me more time in life for things I want to pursue) with a college degree. So I went back last fall and am trying to finish now.
About 3 more years left. Let’s see how long I can last this time.
