I have been working on this goal, and I’m cooking more these days. Unfortunately, I am only free to cook on weekends when work and travel doesn’t get in the way. It’s been fun and therapeutic, and the plus side is that I get to eat yummy (at least I think so) home prepared meal the rest of the week. I tend to cook a big batch which I ration out for the next few days which leaves me with extra time to relax on weekdays after work, and more time for the things I love to do – sweet!
