Right now I’m spending a year in Poland on an exchange, and I’ve been focusing every possible effort on picking up Polish, (a language that seemed near impossible in the beginnning). But before this, I had been learning spanish, and I was pretty good, but now it’s almost all gone. I can hardly remember how to say the simplest things. Understanding is still pretty good, but I looked like a total idiot when I tried having a conversation with a mexican I met. I knew what they were saying, but I totally couldn’t resopnd. One more month until I’m back home, and then I’m going back to spanish. ALL SUMMER LONG. It’s going to be nothing but ESPANOL ESPANOL ESPANOL. Hopefully I can pick it back up, and even expand my abilities.
