Sign on (this means to go on the dole/ receive social benefit)

I need:

- fill out UP1, UP19, UPIc, JcPB
- a letter from arthur to explain that I worked 4 him
- another two pay slips
- a letter from my mum stating that I am living with her
- Retrospective form
- course details

I have been waiting for my p45 for 6 months!
He is just not sending it to me….
I have been back to him at LEAST 10 times its a piece of paper!
How long should it take???
I’m going in tomorrow and explaining to him that I don’t need a p45 a letter will do and that I need it TODAY…
I’m broke I need that money!
Then I’m going in and signing on…
I have to stop being such a walk over!
