In 6 weeks, I lost 8 pounds! Only 2 more to go to mark this goal done. Swim practice starts tomorrow so im giving it no more than 3 days tops.
My overall goal is to weigh around 118. At the moment I’m 5’7” and weigh 132.

I was reading this article that said people simply look too much into losing weight. It’s really a lot simple than people make it. You can get by without counting calories, weighing yourself all the time, or even keeping a food diary. I’m gonna only eat when I’m hungry, not snack because I’m bored, and eat healthy things. It’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle change. The other part of it is excercise. I’m going to get as much exercise in as possible. Hopefully keeping this simple will make it happen faster.
