I’m so close to completing this goal..just one more pound to go.

I want to lose 15 pounds SO badly and have wanted to for so long. Well, now I am just going to do it. And I’m going to do it in 2 months. I know I can do that because it’s only 2 pounds per week. And if it comes off faster, good for me!
Weighed in at 139.5 this morning. I didn’t follow my meal plan because I didn’t have enough time, but I still ate healthy.
Breakfast:
kashi cereal w/ bananas
snack:
almonds and an apple
lunch:
subway turkey sandwich
diet coke
snack:
protein
dinner:protein shake

Totally cheated this weekend. Don’t even wanna step on the scale right now. It’s so easy for me to diet on the weekdays, but then the weekend comes around and I’m doomed. I think I’m going to get diet pills and just take them on the weekends. Then I won’t be on them all of the time(really bad for you) and I won’t become immune to them.
I weighed in at 138. This is so depressing. I know it’s because I’m not swimming on the weekend and I binged last night, but still it is so not encouraging. That means I lost 2 pounds this week, which is normal, but I guess I just thought it was going to come off faster. So…2 pounds down 13 to go.
Meal plan for today:
breakfast-
scrambled egg-white
2 slices of bread
1 slice of cheese
snack-
almonds, apple
dinner-
going out.
I just ate 6 special k bars. They’re only 90 calories each but still:(. I just can’t wait to weigh myself tomorrow.
Weighed in at 136 this morning. That’s 4 pounds down 11 left to go. I even turned down pancakes, quesadillas, and a lot of other food during a night with my friends. Since I don’t have swim practice until monday so I really have to watch what I eat. I’m thinking salads, eggs, veggie burgers, and maybe sushi.

lunch-
salad w/ avocado, tomato, sunflower seeds, jicima, garbonzo beans, kidney beans, and vinegar
diet pepsi
snack-
fat-free yogurt w/ blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries
dinner-
salmon w/ yam
Today totally backfired on me. I wish I could take back my eating choices, but I can’t so oh well.

low-fat burrito

starbucks iced coffee, cheese
dinner:
chocolate protein shake w/ frozen berries
