but I can see the difference now. Most of the chucking out had to start in ‘invisible’ areas such as the shed and loft, so that I could start storing things that I want to keep in them.
The biggest rearrangement was Littlest’s bedroom, and getting the stuff out from under his bed that had been stored there for the long term. I had to completely gut the cupboard in that room.
The greatest satisfaction comes when I get rid of something big, an item of furniture or some such.

In fact, Most days I spend more than 10 mins doing it.
I’ve added throw 10 things that I don’t need or use out every day to it too, and I can see that it is beginning to make a difference.

Actually, today I’ve probably spent over an hour tackling the rubbish mountain I call home, the thing is that I spent 5 hours procrastinating and trying to avoid it first!
Perhaps if I tell myself that 10 minutes a day is no big deal, I might be more ready to start.
Let’s see how I’m doing in a weeks time eh?
