So this weekend went really well.
I went out to the beach all day Saturday and ate really healthy while out with my fiends. (a low cal juice smoothy from a juice bar) for lunch and a yougurt for dinner, while my friends had subway,fish and chips ect. So i think i did really well.
Sunday i had lots of veges and this weekend i exercised alot. im really noticing my weight loss. This is working well for me.

Well the past 2 days have gone very well, and so is today. I have already noticed im losing weight, so im very motivated.
i have been eating very healthy, small portions and only when hungry mosly just vegetables, 99% fat free chai tea lattes 66 cals only, and when i want something sweet i have some blueberrys or strawberrys with some low fat yogurt. And i have been exercising mostdays.
Today has been good, only plenty of vegetables and cups of tea. I will also exercise. I have decided i am completly committed to my goal and will do it for myself.
So i started Yesterday oct 03/07 and did really well. mainly just a small cup of cereal, a carrot and a milo/protein drink for dinner after a 2hr workout. Feeling thinner. My goal is to get thin by Febuary.
