haven’t been on 43T in about a month, and completely forgot i was doing this!
changed it from miles to kilometres to give myself a chance at achieving this. shamefully the only runs i’ve done are documented in this goal, totalling my distance at 11km. over five months.
i did all the maths, and it means that i have 32 days to run 189 km, which is 5.90625km a day until january.
tonight, in shock, i have run 5 km, and intend to do another 2. i’m so busy these next three weeks, it’s crazy. so hopefully i’ll fit this in…
planning on running 2km in the morning, maybe 3, and then another 4 in the evening. i’m running a km in about 6-6.5 minutes at the moment, so at least i’m still fittish, considering how i haven’t done a proper workout since june.

got up at 6:45 and went for a run in the cold. it was actually really nice, everything all frosty and sparkling.
didn’t go for very long, had to get back for work, so only went about 1.5 miles, but it’s better than nothing.
finally got running again, so i did just over 3.2 km, which translates to roughly 2 miles.
i really need to getting going on this one, it’s october and i have a good 190+ miles to get done!
in the last week i’ve run 1.4 km and about 4 km. which makes 5.4 km and just over 3 miles. so only 197 to go. it’ll be easy as anything once i get into a regular habit. i’ll go for a run on sunday as well, bump it up to five miles.
