Down another 3.6 pounds this week!!

The truth is, I had the stomach flu…



Slowly Getting There 12 months ago

I lost 1.2 pounds this week, which brings me to a total of 12 pounds lost.
What is really exciting is that my jeans are fitting a little looser, which makes me see that my body is slowly changing after all. I still have at least 50 more pounds to go, but I am trying to look at it in terms of smaller goals. For example I am looking forward to reaching 15 pounds, which is only three pounds away!

i lost 2.2 lbs this week, for a total loss of 10.2!!! I’m so happy that I made it to the 10 pound mark (still 45-50 more to go…). This week I added some exercise, and although I did indulge a little, I ate reasonable portions.

I gained 0.6 lbs this week. so far my total loss is 8 lbs. I’m hoping to lose 2 by sat.
i really seem to struggle with portion control.

down another .4 pounds, for a total loss of 7. Although .4 is a very small loss, I am still quite pleased. I actually thought I would have gained weight this week!

A top priority 19 months ago

Right now I am not within a healthy weight range for my age and height. I have gained approximately 60 lbs (over the past 6 years) while in school and I feel so uncomfortable with my own body. This weight loss goal is not about looking like a super-skinny model. My goal is to develope healthy eating and exercise habits and to reach a body weight that is within a healthy range.
