Too inconsistant

I have bouts of a clean room, but never maintain it. A 2 part goal, I want to clean my room top to bottom. Sweep, mop, organize, dust, de-clutter, decorate. Then the next goal is to maintain cleanliness for a matter of months till I feel confident it is part of my lifestyle.
