Today I hope to confront my boss about her over scheduling me. I had to drop a class and I’m miserable and she will not put two and two together if I don’t do it for her. So I’m going to attempt to grow a pair and tell her if she schedules me more than 3 shifts, I will not be there. She also cannot hold me hostage when my shift is over. She bullys the other employees, so at least I’m not being singled out. But I’m tired of being stepped on.
Am I crazy, or was this bullsh*t?

I put in a time-off request at work a month in advance, and then someone who was working there for 2 weeks got the day off! As a result my family canceled their visiting me from out of state. I was so mad, but I didn’t say anything to my boss, even though I want to quit. I ended up agreeing to work more hours for her next week, and I’m still stuck working Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
