Teach in a "Reggio Emilia" pre-school setting

I can’t believe my fortune today. I mentioned my interests in RE teaching to someone in my life who has the experience and possibly the ability to help me with my goal. The person I spoke to wants to start a new adventure in education and asked me if I would ever be interested in joining them in creating a fantastic project working with children!
I am so glad I mentioned that I wanted to explore this concept, I think it reminded this person of how hard I work and how similar we are in what we want to do in our field! Maybe I will met this goal and it will be rewarding in the ways I dream of but worry can’t happen for me!
Even if the person never does what they were thinking of I still think this is the right goal for me. I feel real excitement for the first time in months!

I feel renewed in my teaching and education goals!

I am going to start by reading what I can online and join some groups to learn more. I am fastinated by the Reggio Emilia style of pre-school. This concept can transform and enrich classrooms and bring so much more to a child’s life. I think from what I have read already I teach as close to this “way” as I am allowed in the school where I work now…but to find a place that I could truely work this way through curriculum, environment and actual time spent with children over time would be ideal for me.
I have hit a weird rut lately in what i want to do with my teaching and how to advance in my career.
