Get my foot fixed

My God! I had the xrays and ultrasound on my foot and confirmed its a heel spur, achilles tendontis and some other thigs which translates to swelling around the arch of my foot. I had a courtezone injection right into the heel and let me tell you that hurt! Since then I’ve had 2 sessions of laser accupuncture and heat therapy and its better but it hurts a bit at the moment after the laser accupuncture kind of stirs it up – but thats what happens when something is healing, it often makes the area angry so hurts a bit but at least I’m well on the way to a pain free foot!

I finally made an appointment for this friday with the doctor who does laser accupuncture – my myotherapist refered me to him.

Well my myotherapist reckons his grandfather had a heel spur and he went to this doctor and the doctor performed laser accupunture (never heard of it!) so he’s given me the docs details and ill give it a go – i’ve been in pain for months now i wont know myself when i can actually walk!
