Fell off the wagon

I used to do my yoga twice a day, when I woke up and before I went to bed, eeevery day. I don’t know what happened, I guess one day of skipping it turned into another day, and so on and so forth. But now I’ve been back to doing it in the morning for the past week and I already feel a trillion times better! So now I just have to keep on keepin on. :]
