write a book

But now with my husband! He told me, he wanted to write a book with me, together! I love the idea, although I’m getting a bit panicky: he hasn’t read a book since he finished school (o.k. – the first two Harry Potter’s I don’t count…), and he wants to write some science fiction, which is asking for soooo much research… and I am so lazy with this stuff! And once we talked over the plot, it sounds so incredibly dull and far fetched, but he loves it. And worst of all: he wants us to write it in dutch, and this isn’t really my language.. Anyway: it’s fun to be buzy with something else than the kids or watching tv or a movie in the evenings. And who knows… maybe it will turn out to be really great?

I have a story! And I already scetched the plot a bit. A few scenes are done and now I only have to fill in the rest: all the characters, the dialogues, the scenery, ... It’s fun and I wish I had more time to write it all down faster.

Well, I started on writing little short stories every day. Nothing exciting, but at least it’s a start. But at one point I have no idea of what to write anymore. It’s becoming more of a diary. And to be honest: my life is not exciting enough to write about it. I need a better idea for a real book – not a collection of short stories. I have an idea, but it’s still very vague. But I have an idea of how to make this idea more concrete to make something out of.
