Three weeks ago I started going to a lamaze class. Well, I expected more of a little round to discuss things and for 5 minutes also doing something active. But I couldn’t be more wrong… It was more of an aerobic-class, but then for big bellies only. It was very tiring, but it felt so great. And even after biking there and home again, I felt tired but great. That’s why I started doing the same program at home now with some additional exercises some days ago.

Since I found out that I’m pregnant I’ve been doing more excercises than the whole year before. Regular biking (also to work) and some things for my back were really doing me well so far. I have to intensify those back-strenghtening-exercises a bit, since my back is killing me right now.
Since a few days I’m faster out of breath and also can’t move too well anymore. This is normal, I know, but I only hope that it’s not keeping me from being active, in whatever kind of way.
I just went biking in the cold fresh air with my daughter, It was great! This also counts as exercise, right?
Before my little daughter was born I was exercising daily for years. It was really feeling great although I always was looked at strangely when I said that I had to get up at 5.30 every day (except for the weekends) to do so. Anyway, the last 18 months I was always tired with work, the house and of course my daughter that I couldn’t manage. But I am starting again. The last two weeks I got up early again and it works! Maybe not every day, but it’s a start! I only have to take some more time also in the evenings or just in between to also exercise a bit. And once I am a bit more in shape again everything will be easier…. I hope…
