My little baby boy slept a whole night! He went to bed around 10 p.m. and woke up at 5 a.m.! I got so much more sleep this night than before and just feel great! Maybe it was just a one-time-thing, but still doing soooooo much to make this day a lot better already!

Is all I’m getting for weeks now. I feel drained, always tired. Still I’m staying up when in the evening my kids are both in bed and I have some time for at least three hours.
This evening I will surely go to bed right away and maybe I should continue this every other day…
Well, I am now getting 4 hours and after one hour with my baby son another 3 hours. Big improvement!
Well, at least I am not feeling too tired anymore during the day.
I just can’t get any sleep! My little son is draining me, even though he is so cute and lovely. But every time I lay him down to sleep, he starts to cry again or wants to drink again. And at nights I only manage to get about 2 to 3 hours of sleep. During the day he barely sleeps and when he sleeps, I also have ot eat, or do some house-cleaning again or shopping, cooking… there’s so much to do! And I am always tired…
Got to go – baby’s crying again…
This is really working well. Mostly I set a timer to 30 minutes and have the feeling that I hardly sleep at all, since it always takes some time until I finally fall asleep. But afterwards I feel fresh and fit all afternoon. It’s really worth it.
Taking little naps of about 20 minutes, really works. I did it twice so far and in the afternoon I felt relaxed and awake, had more energy. Something to do more frequently from now on.
Last week I saw something on tv that taking a nap was very healthy and essential to stay fit throughout the whole of the day. It only has to take 15 min and surely not longer than 30 minutes, since that would be more exhausting. I’m going to try this whenever I have the time. Probably this will also improve my sleep at night.
The last few days were so busy with work and some guests coming over and also our daughter being sick and having trouble sleeping. Now she’s better, we also went to bed early. In the morning we all slept longer than normal and I now feel almost dizzy from too much sleep. Maybe I shouldn’t get too tired in the first place and have a more normal rythm.
Right now it’s just too warm to sleep. So I don’t… I am quite tired, but with being busy and having a lot of (positive) stress I think I’ll sleep some more when it starts raining again and things get more quiet.
