Not eating healthy, not sleeping enough, not taking enough rest, no exercises. Yesterday I watched a movie about an overweighed woman, trying to slim down for a man. She succeeded, but not enough for that man, but she found another one on the way who actually liked her the way she was. Anyway: the take-home-message was: do waht you like, enjoy life and food, but not too much of everything. So, starting from today I also want to do things a bit differently:
Sleep more, even if it’s only for half an hour during the day
Eat less, but more frequently, and more healthy stuff
Take some rest – have a cup of tea in between and enjoy a book or just the nice view
Do some exercises: twice a day for 5 to 10 minutes and some walking outsid for at least half an hour to get started
That should do to get a healthy routine back into my life.

Yep, sometimes I am a bit careless about myself, and there’s no excuse for it. I don’t give myself enough sleep, bump into things and get myself bruised or don’t feed myself well enough… There are thousands of little things I do to myself, sometimes out of convenience, sometimes just reckless and most of the times I don’t even notice it. And that has to stop!
