buy a digital SLR camera

In the redistribution of priorities, buying stuff, no matter how cool, is in the bottom… I’m not saying I’ll never have a digital SLR camera, but right now it seems completely unimportant. Better have this space for something more worthwhile.

I’ve always been interested in photography, but it can become quite an expensive hobby! I have a prehistoric Pentax K1000, completely manual, and in serious need of maintenance. However, since I bought my little digital point-and-shoot Kodak EasyShare over a year ago I’ve been toying with the idea of getting a digital SLR, maybe a Cannon Rebel, and take photography seriously once and for all. Now that my baby is coming, I’d like to take great pictures of him and his dad.
