As I finish it, it gets refilled, even if I’m not thirsty at that moment. It is getting refilled a lot over the day. I also take a bottle with me in the car.
Glug!
Every time I see that I’ve listed this I go and get another glass of water. My body analysis scales now say that my body’s water content is 50.3%, which is brilliant! Now I have to just keep it up!
Part of my overall goal of optimizing my health is to drink more water. I am fortunate that I actually LIKE water, especially as the tap water here is really delicious compared to city water. It is just that I need to make a habit, rather than break one. I have days where I drink loads of water, because I keep glasses filled all over the house, drink then refill them and that is good, but there are days I forget.
I don’t drink fizzy drinks or fruit drinks (I prefer to eat my fruit) and only have 2 coffees a day, drinking Redbush tea the rest of the time, with the occasional green tea, so that is the not the problem.
I have just got a glass of water – drunk it down – and now feel much better! That is probably my 4th of the day – so not many more to go now I’m thinking about it!
