me to keep track not only of what I have been eating and drinking, but also how it has made me feel.
My weight has been slowly coming off as I am less likely to eat those things that I don’t want to write down!
I can also keep a track of how much water and fruit and vegetables I’ve had. It makes me feel good when I manage my targets.

This is to do with my need to lose 7 more lbs. Although my eating is not too bad, I find it really hard to lose weight these days – age? metabolism?
This will help me really check that I am not putting anything in my body that will lead to weight gain!
