When I was younger, I was able to run a mile in 6 minutes. I use to love running and exercising back than, I have no idea why I stopped.
I’m slowly getting back into the routine of things. For the past few weeks I have been walking/running 2 miles a day and on every other weekend I go to the pool and swim a mile.
I’m already starting to feel good about my body and myself in general. It feels great, I can’t wait to see more improvements.
