Inspired by some of your routines I thought I’d share my revisied one.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – Kickboxing class
Walk / cycle to work every day.
My problem is at the weekends I seem to get stuck in a pattern of not doing anything. I really need to incorperate weight lifting on a regular basis.

Think I’ve got a routine sorted now.
Monday – Kickboxing class
Tuesaday – Free weights at home
Wednesday – Kickboxing class
Thursday – Free Weights
Friday – Day off
Saturday – Mountain Biking
Sunday – Free weights
Everyday I’m going to attmept to either cycle or walk to work and not get lazy (like today) and take the car.

Woo managed to complete my charity 26mile bike ride in 2hrs and 2mins. Pretty happy with that.

Mountain biking yesterday did about 4-6 miles on proper trails with the guys in my “regular” riding group. Wasn’t as much of a struggle as it was the weekend before.
Today I played basketball for a about 30-40mins at the local hoop with one of the guys from work. Also did some free weights in the morning.
I’ve also made an appointment with the local martial arts school to look into taking some classes.

Well been cycling to work and back everyday in preparation for my 26mile bike ride this coming Sunday. Bit nervous about it though.

Went cycling yesterday with four of the guys I work with and had a blast. Rode some proper trails and only fell off once.

Since my move two weeks ago and now lack of gym I’ve been slacking a bit. I also came down with this terrible cold for the last week also. However last night I went and shot hoops for an hour with two guys I work with and hopefully this weekend I’ll get my bike reaasembled.

Well in order to keep up the training once I move, I bought some dumbells yesterday. Carry 20kg back to the car was no fun. Although it is a step in the right direction.
Also went to the gym again today after skipping yesterday.

Been six times in 6 days and so far this week I’ve beaten my 1000m time on the rowinng machine / beaten my sit up record (51!) and lifted more on the chest press machine.
