cardio two days in a row

I’m not so sure how serious I am about this goal. I’m about 15 pounds away from serious running training, so yesterday did hardcore elliptical, and upper body. I’m going to revisit it in a week. I love swimming, but haven’t figured how to make that part of my exercise “inevitable.” Ideas?



today I looked at a schedule of upcoming triathlons in my area...

Slowly but surely creeping up on this goal…



my gym has gone out of business...

I’m going to see this as a good thing: it’ll mean I have to run and bike until I find a new one. Maybe swim, too!



lost eight pounds, finally starting to extend my cardio...

Next month: join a pool…

1. sign up for New York Road Runners (discount on races, community).

2. sign up for the NYC Triathlon group. (ditto)

3. sign up for the Central Park Triathlon.

before the end of 2006.
