I’ve joined a weight loss section of webmd.com. They plan out menus for you based on what you currently eat, minus about 200 calories it looks like. I feel like what I really need, more than anything, is to understand nutrition and how to eat appropriately for my activity level. Eating whatever the heck I wanted whenever I wanted worked until I hit 30 or so. Now it just adds up and attachs to my waist. The other killer is meals at restaurants. Man, those portions are HUGE and the food is so good I just HAVE to eat it all…
Well, the site gave me menus and told me to exercise between 30 and 60 minutes per day. So far I’m keeping up with it. Two days.
