Finding My Half-Brother, Jason Smith. 19 months ago

I am searching for a brother that I have never met. His birth father (my dad) is Joseph A. Hoffman. I think because my dad was too young to accept the responsibility, he decided to put him up for adoption. Last I knew he went by the name of Jason Smith, and he was originally from upstate New York.
