love

I have a problem…I dont easily let people in all the way..Ive been left and betrayed by family, friends and loved ones to many times..Im to afraid to get hurt again so i put up a wall..Sometimes if people get to close i shut them out..This is something that has to change..I Have to be more brave when it comes to love and dare to love and be loved..There will always be a risk to get hurt, but if i dont dare to take that risk then i guess i will never know real love..

find it hard to give love to others when i have little love for myself..I think i have to work more with my self-esteem..

One thing ive learned from life is how important it is to encourage each others..For example you feel encouraged when someone on this site cheer one of youre goals ore write something encourageing to you right?

So one small goal i have right now is to write encouraging mails to people i love and do care about..
Im gonna start with 10 mails:)

I also want to show more hospitality..When i was in South America people there showed more hospitality there than here in Sweden and that is something i want to learn from..I mean if you want to show love for the people in youre life than that is a great way to do it..

There is also one more thing i need to work with..
There are some people aorund me that i have difficulty understanding and therefore i tend to avoid them and irritate about them so i want to make efforts to understand them better because it also affects the mood of people around me in a bad way..
