I think im finally there!:)
My “sleepy days” seems to be over and i have fully regained my energy!
All it took was some “healthy living” (exercise, healthy food, good sleep) and most important, knowing there are some things in my life that gives me “inner stress” and trying to beat those problems..
Maybe i will get back to tired again but for now i have had lots of energy for almost a month now so im just enjoying it:)
Just bought some vitamine supplements..Who knows, it might help a little bit..
I think my work has lots to do with mý low energy levels..Everytime there is problems at work especially with my coworkers my energy is drained and down to zero..
I would love to be able to just let things go but there are specific things at work that makes want to get out of there..
Ive been thinking about moving on and find myself a new education and do something more rewarding and inspiring.
