I got my trusty Minolta (circa 1970) fixed. AND I bought a Canon Rebel (the SLR film one, not digital).
So this is still on my wish list.

sooner than I planned to… my old, trusty Minolta broke Friday and is at the repair shop. Poo!
I had to scramble to finish an assignment for today, and I scraped it together, but I wasn’t as happy with it as I could have been.
I sincerely hope that I’ll find out that the camera is A) Fixable at a price I can afford OR B) That I should just keep it for sentimental value and buy a newer one for use for the rest of the semester, which ends for this class in ONE WEEK!
