I am doing great, actually.
I stopped buying supermarket sweets, except chocolate. No biscuits, no cakes. If I feel like having cake, I have to make it myself which is great, because I know whats inside it. And once you put The Sugar and The Butter you realize what really stays into this 3rd piece which you are about to enjoy.
And I cook! Boy, I do cook. Contrary to the common believe, cooking is not difficult or time consuming. It takes me 2 hours every Sunday to prepare 4 meals for the comming week. On the 5th day we simply have tapas of the leftovers of the prevoius days or we go to a restaurant.
Cooking is good.

I located my biggest enemy.
If I have balanced meal I do not crave sweets, but if its not.. uuughghggggggggggggghhhhh!
I eat healthy most of the time – fresh fruit daily, no meat, fish once a week, no junk food. BUT! In the evening, when the dinner is over I overeat with chocolate. Yesterday I had 100 gr just like that!!! Opened the package and it was gone in no time. I must educate myself to cut on sweets
I forgot about this goal and now I have small tire around my waist. I promise – it will be gone by next weekend, by cutting on my daily cake, my 2nd coffee with sugar and milk and the 100gr chocolate every evening. Sugar is not good. I will limit it.
I had this dilema for a long time. I grew up with local food only, it was tasty and healthy and none of my family is fat.
But still, could organic be even better?
Here I read smthng interesting:
