walk everyday

took a walk with the kiddos (more like a swim) – tons of wet, sloppy snow, huge jumbo puddles.

walked today with the kids… in the puddles- fun!
Put snow in the puddles and watched it melt.
Watched the snow melt run down the sewers.

Had to walk “inside” today.
Tootsie is not feeling well and I felt bad leaving her home alone.
Walked with Leslie Sansone today.
Felt good, but the outdoors feels better.
Opened the window though, while I walked.
Hoping to hear the birds.

Today I walked, walked along with “tootsie” as she rode her bike through the spring puddles and slush.
The sun on my face.
We heard the birds too.
Not just the chickadee’s that stay around through the winter—they sounded like house finches.
The snow is melting fast- almost before your eyes.
The sound of the water going down the sewers echoed on the street.
