Look past the negativity

I was doing really well with this but all of a sudden everything is getting to me. I keep praying about it so I know a change will come soon.

Nothing negative has been going on lately. I’ve just been avoiding people that I know who will do or say things that are going to make me upset. I’ve been focusing on me and my life with my husband & everything is going great. I’ve been staying positive and worrying about one problem at a time & learning how to deal with them.

I’ve probably said this before about my stress. I’ve never been so tired about everyone and their problems. I think that I’ve had enough of it. I woke up yesterday and my heart was racing. (it’s happened before and I was able to control it) I couldn’t stop it. I tried everything that I tried when it happened before. it took about a good hour for my heart to slow down. I was shaking too. =/ I used my Google Doctor and it’s more than likely related to my stress. What ever the problems are I’m letting go, What ever negativity I have or someone brings to me, I’m letting that crap go. It’s not worth my health. I woke up this morning and my heart was racing but not as bad as yesterday…

Yesterday I could have let it go, I didn’t get angry and I didn’t get out of line. I just had to make something clear and I have all the right’s to do so.
