Someone needs to kick my butt if I don’t stay with something so simple.
On my treadmill there are digital people that are good at certain things and are progressively harder to beat. I beat the thick little man a few weeks back. Now I am working on the skinny woman who can scale hills like no tomorrow.. I don’t like her.
Run your worries away? Or am I out running my worries? Which ever is the case I feel calmer and not as angry after a run. Surge forth little endorphins.
...it makes me feel good and because I spent an overwhelming amount on a treadmill taking up space in my home.
