first I couldn’t imagine even how to start it and I found it difficult to take time only for myself, but now I do it almost every evening. I put some candles in my room, take rest and listen to music or read a good book, a non-obligatory book! It feels so good..

I already started pampering myself unknowingly, although only very rarely. I believe, if I put it on this list, I will surely do it once a week.
I need to care for myself to feel good about who I am. It is part of finding myself again and of course a part of discovering what makes me feel good and happy.
