I’ve completed my first week of attempting to track my food with points. I think this is a good way for me to do it, but it’s hard because I find myself eating what I want (I told myself the first couple of weeks would be about getting on track with tracking) but then recording it is NOT pretty! My SUBWAY lunch today – Chicken Teriyaki sub – 7 pts. Pretty OK for fast food. Jared would approve. However, Jared would not approve of my 10 points of white chocolate macadamia coookies. So lunch was 17 points out of the 22 I’m supposed to eat! I also had a day with 12 points of chocolate. Another day with 6 points of chocolate and 6 points of cake. I suppose the point is these shouldn’t be daily food items.
I want to lose 18 lbs. What I’m doing now is increasing pounds little by little. I want a steady decline and I need to start declining my sweets. I guess so far tracking my points has been a success because it has reminded me how much I love my sweets!
I signed up for Weight Watchers on-line! It is one of those things that I figure as long as I follow the plan I cannot fail!!! I weighed myself this morning and I was 168. I thought 175 lbs wasn’t quite right. According to that I need to lose 18 pounds to be 150… 150 is what weight watchers says is the lowest healthy weight for my height…
We’ll see if I can follow this structured plan.
I might add that I signed up while laying in bed… I’m still in bed. I need to get up to make ANYTHING happen!!!!
I used to be in incredible shape, then I was in good shape, the I had the same shape, but my body fat percentage had increased and then slowly but surely it started to get more difficult to fit into my clothes. Aaarrghhhhh!!!!! At my hottest and shape that I feel the best in, I’m 150 lbs. Now I’m 175 lbs. My goal is to get back to 150. And to get my sexy back!!!!
