Mine said I shouldn’t do this. But I am good at baking. And I love to smell baked goods in the oven. My mother pointed out the practical side: early morning hours, hard do make ends meet, etc. Still, Mom, isn’t there room for another good bakery? Something with more creativity than Panera, and more of a local, original feel? I would love to find something like that. -nod-
