see more movies

We went to see the new Harry Potter movie yesterday afternoon. I know that they are kids stories but they are really well done. I love the books and really enjoyed the movie.

As we were leaving the theatre we realized that we had never seen the last Potter movie so we rented it and watched it last night. Two in one day. Whoohoo.

If I see one movie every 3-4 months, I consider myself pretty lucky. An amazing amount of money and energy goes into creating little universes in which we can escape for a couple hours. I think I should take better advantage of this. In addition to doing this for pure pleasure, I think that you can actually learn lessons from watching other people’s lives and how people handle various scenarios.
