Learn to play the guitar

It sure is odd to read my entry from 4 years ago! I find myself picking up my guitars at least twice a week now.

I must be getting better; I tend to give up quite quickly on things that do not show results. I am trying to learn a few songs with varying success:

Cat Power – He War
Gregory & The Hawk – Kill The Turkey
The Velvet Underground – After Hours
Joanna Newsom – Peach Plum Pear

Kill The Turkey is my current preference, but my main issue is always singing in time. I wish she would come play the UK again.. sigh.

Got my guitar at my new place now, also have two new friends who play drums and bass equally as shit as me so we’re gonna start jamming together and see what happens! Also my amazing keyworker said he’d give me some guitar lessons! Yes!!
