...but I want to start with one at a time…the first being my brother’s friend (we’ll call him “W”). W has the 2 most beautiful twin 14 months old girls. Their mother just left last week…aparently heroin is more important than her family. I’ve told W that if he needed anything (babysitter, run errands, whatever) to call me, and that I’d be praying for them…he claims to be agnostic, and kind of looked at me like “why the heck would you do that?” I would really like for him to see the amazing things that God can do in his life, I mean, he looks at those girls everyday, how can he not see God there? But I think, given the right opportunity, I can compare his love for his daughters to God’s love for us…or maybe ask himif he’ll let me take the girls to the Fall Festival that my church is having and he could go too if he wants, since it’s not “church time” he won’t be preached at, it’s just a time for the kids to have fun (an alternative to getting candy from random people on Halloween) and he would be able to see that we’re not all a bunch of Bible Thumping hipocryts…
I don’t know…maybe I should just stick with praying for him, he knows what I believe and can ask me about it when he’s ready…
